This Shipping Policy describes how ThePetSet (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Business Location
ThePetSet is based in Latvia. To offer a wider selection of pet products, some items may be shipped directly from our international suppliers, including warehouses in China.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Latvia & Baltic Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Europe: Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Some products may ship from international warehouses and may take longer to arrive.

Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages, as some products may ship from different warehouses.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping: Occasionally offered during promotions or on selected products.

  • Express shipping: May be available for selected products and destinations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, shipping may not be available to certain regions due to carrier or customs restrictions.

Certain items may also have shipping limitations depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
